This wine is produced following a special selection of Chardonnay grapes grown using the guyot technique.


REGION:
Montecarlo, a hillside village in the province of Lucca.

GRAPES:
Chardonnay

VINIFICATION:
The must, obtained by soft pressing, is cold-settled and then fermented at 17° C.

AGEING:
7 months in stainless steel tanks.

MATURING:
3 months in bottles.

LIFESPAN:
2 or more years

COLOUR:
straw yellow

BOUQUET:
tropical and white fruits

FLAVOUR:
rich and enveloping with a fresh and persistent finish

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
8°C/10°C.

FOOD PAIRINGS:
Pairs perfectly with molluscs and crustaceans, first courses with vegetables and cured meats.
